Tuesday - Saturday 8.45 - 5.30pm. Doors open at 8.45am. ?Please Note: In order to respect the privacy of our guests we do not offer guided tours of the spa facilities. If you wish to call into the spa for more information or to buy gift vouchers you will be most welcome.
Arrival and Departure Times
Arrival time for morning half day packages and full day packages is 8.45am. Departure for morning half day packages is 2.30pm. Arrival time for afternoon packages is 12.45pm for lunch at 1.00pm
Spa Etiquette
To ensure that you and those around you experience the full benefits of the spa, we suggest that you arrive in good time for your appointment, please refer to our opening times. Arriving late will cheat you out of precious time. The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation so please respect the other guests' right to privacy and quiet. We kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off at all times.
Smoking Policy
Eastthorpe Hall and gardens are strictly no smoking.
Hydrotherapy Area
The pool and spa are operated at the optimum temperatures for your health and wellbeing, and the use of these facilities will be structured so that you get maximum benefit from your visit. The hydrotherapy area is for half and full day visitors.
Essentials to bring with you
We advise you to bring your own dressing gowns, slippers/soft shoes and swimwear. Robes are available here at the spa should you forget. Postage and packing will be charged for any left items.
Treatments
Treatments must be booked when you make your reservation or at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival, in order to avoid disappointment. We will always offer help and advise in choosing the most suitable treatments for you.
Kindly note that treatments can be subject to change as a result of the questionnaire you will be asked to complete at your first visit.
Award Winning Food
A La Carte seasonal style menu. A selection of bespoke dishes created especially for you from the freshest organic ingredients, served in the orangery. Tea, fruit teas and wellness water are all available with our compliments during your stay. Speciality teas, coffees and fruit smoothies, as well as selected wines and champagnes can be enjoyed during the day at an additional cost and will be added to your bill on departure unless specifically included in your package.
Contra-indications to certain treatments
1. If you have any medical conditions be sure to mention it
when you book as certain treatments may not be advised.
2. Guests with any allergy conditions are advised to personally
check all products, treatments and food before partaking.
Eastthorpe take allergies very seriously and will endeavour
to ensure that clients with allergies are not exposed to any
risk, we are not allergy specialists and therefore cannot
accept responsibility for any condition or illness as a result
of exposure to the above.
3. If possible avoid hydrotherapy, pedicures or reflexology if
you have any fungal infections, such as athlete’s foot or
verrucae which must be covered with a suitable dressing
or plaster.
4. Pregnant guests will be advised of the best treatments for
each stage of pregnancy - anything affecting blood pressure
and high temperatures must be avoided.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are an ideal present for someone and are available either for a specific package (with the exception of special offers, although they can be used against one) or in monetary denominations which can be used to purchase anything at all at the spa including the payment of deposits.
They can be purchased at the spa or by telephone with a credit or debit card, Please allow 3 working days for postal delivery of gift vouchers.
All vouchers are numbered, STRICTLY VALID FOR 12 MONTHS from date of purchase and are non-refundable and non transferable. The voucher number must be given when you book and presented when you visit. Failure to present a valid voucher may result in full payment of account until the original voucher is presented. Eastthorpe Hall cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.
Cancellation of a booking with less than 48 hours notice will render the voucher null and void.
Deposits
Single Treatments
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. In the event of the appointment being postponed and rescheduled, your payment will be carried forward. However, cancellation within 72 hours will incur the full cost of your treatment.
Packages and Special Offers
Our experience dictates the following –
A non-refundable deposit of £50/person will be taken at the time of booking.
Group Bookings
A non-refundable deposit of £50/person will be taken at the time of booking. Please note we don’t offer group discount due to the bespoke nature of the Spa. Individual cancellations or reduction in numbers within 48 hours of your visit will incur the full cost of the package. Non arrival without notice will incur full payment of package. Eastthorpe Hall will discuss and provide terms and conditions for all group bookings of 10 or more clients - 20 clients maximum to ensure exclusivity of the Spa.

No refunds will be given as a result of any breakdown unless it is due to negligence on our part.
We reserve the right to amend, modify or discontinue treatments & to alter the tariff for individual treatments or packages without any prior notice to ensure that maximum standards of service & quality are met.
